Coventry Intermediaries has launched a new range of buy-to-let mortgages with rates starting from just 2.99% at 75% LTV.
The range, available now, includes a two-year fixed rate and Flexx for Term options.
Highlights include:
3.19% fixed rate until 31 October 2016 to 75% LTV. This mortgage has a £250 booking fee, £1,749 arrangement fee and early repayment charges (ERCs) of 3% in year one and 1% in year two.
3.49% fixed rate until 31 October 2016 to 75% LTV. This has a £250 booking fee, £749 arrangement fee and ERCs of 3% in year one and 1% in year two.
2.99% Flexx for Term, variable rate to 75% LTV. Includes a £250 booking fee, £1,749 arrangement fee and no ERCs.
