The Debt Advisor’s MD, Bev Budsworth is an Insolvency Practitioner with over 20 years’ experience in dealing with debt issues.

Bev’s experience of dealing with personal debt issues led, in 2005, to her being asked to join a government-led working party to look at ways of simplifying the formal procedures of helping people out of debt. Since then, Bev has been involved with a further two government-led working parties which have helped shape the entire debt management industry.

The Debt Advisor’s pioneering and altruistic attitude is recognised and held in high esteem by its industry peers, creditors, introducers and clients alike. During 2008 Bev was been awarded two prestigious titles ‘Debt Counsellor of the Year’ by Credit Today and “Insolvency Practitioner of the Year 2008 – Personal” by the inaugural Insolvency and Rescue Awards.
