What type of success has Cartel had?

The Cartel Blog features commentary on many of the more interesting and successful Cartel claims we have had recently. With more and more successful claims setting precedents in or out of court, the number of successful claims is increasing on an exponential basis. The claims that pre-dated the boom in the financial claims industry settled very quickly. Most likely an element of ‘keeping the issue buried’ played a part in these quick settlements. Once it became apparent that more and more consumers had valid claims through Cartel, the process of settlement certainly lengthened. However, as settlements increase, Cartel’s solicitors (CCLS) have stated it is only the ‘tip of the iceberg’.
