Previous roles include compliance inspector for the Mortgage Code Compliance Board; head of compliance at Mortgage Next and associate compliance director at the Regulatory Alliance of Mortgage Packagers (RAMP). She will initially be tasked with liaising with the FSA and getting firms ready for full authorisation.
Ben Mason, director at Compliancy Services, commented:
“Claire brings terrific insight, experience and expertise to our proposition. She has already fully digested the recent FSA SARB consultation paper and is working closely with a number of firms to ensure that they fully understand their regulatory requirements.
“We already have a significant penetration and reputation in the SARB market and have guided almost a third of all authorised firms through their compliance procedures. Our intention is to become the leading provider of FSA Compliance to the sale and rent back sector and Claire’s appointment only goes to reinforce this message.”
