PPR offers brokers quick property sale link up
Monday 27th July 2009Property Portfolio Rescue (PPR), the UK based residential property recovery specialist, is offering IFAs with access to a new revenue stream.
PPR is offering IFA s referral fees of up to two per cent, for those who successfully introduce clients looking for a fast sale on their residential property or property portfolio.
The firm said with a third of all UK mortgages predicted to be in negative equity by next year, a growing number of homeowners and landlords concerned about job security and future income are looking to offload their property quickly, before house prices fall further.
PPR is increasingly working with IFAs and mortgage brokers, offering their clients the opportunity to achieve a fast and hassle-free sale, it said.
Nick Hopkinson, director of Property Portfolio Rescue (PPR), said: “As consumers look to re-assess their debt, we are increasingly working with IFAs to assist those whose clients need to sell their property, or portfolio of properties, fast. Not only are we providing IFAs with a lucrative new revenue stream, but we are able to assist their clients who are suffering from increasing debt to release the equity they have in their homes quickly, before their value falls further.”
He added: “With private and bank finances already in place, we are effectively a cash buyer, able to act quickly and exchange in as little as 48 hours (subject to due diligence).”
Rob Ferris, a Birmingham based IFA, said: “PPR were the only realistic option for one of my mortgage clients after they had lost their job and got into serious arrears. They did not qualify for any of the re-mortgage deals available and had tried and failed to sell their three bedroom semi on the open market, with their sales chain collapsing, for the second time, after six months. My client did not have much time and PPR acted very fast with the whole transaction completed in just over two weeks.
