PPR appoints acquisitions manager
Tuesday 5th January 2010Property Portfolio Rescue, the UK based residential property recovery specialist, has appointed Adam Bitel as acquisitions manager.
Bitel will be responsible for negotiating the purchase of individual homes or property portfolios to accommodate the homeowners, banks and agents contacting PPR.
Bitel began his career as a sales negotiator with Foxtons and then with independent estate agency In London Properties. The company said he also brings with him a wealth of experience in portfolio acquisitions. In 2006, he joined private investment company, Rock Investment Holdings and most recently worked for start-up company, Seaforth Estates, where, as acquisitions manager, he was responsible for identifying buildings suitable for use as business centres.
Bitel said: “I am looking forward to the challenges that working at PPR will bring and hope to be able to help struggling homeowners, as well as those looking to divest their property portfolio quickly and discreetly to free up capital and keep their businesses afloat.”
Nick Hopkinson, director of PPR, said: “With the current economic downturn leaving small businesses, buy-to-let landlords and developers facing ongoing financial difficulties, we anticipate a very busy year ahead in 2010.”
