Estate Angels launches Personal Move service
Monday 11th January 2010· Angels bearing gifts of GBP 250 to intermediaries for property seller introductions
· GBP 100 instant commission payments for conveyancing introductions
Online directory of Estate Agents, Estate Angels has launched a UK-wide property sale referral service offering brokers commission for estate agency leads.
The Personal Move Angel (PMA) service offers brokers a fee to introduce their customers to quality estate agents and a personal assistant service to chase paperwork and keep the sale on track.
After PMA has verified the client’s wishes and agreement, the service assigns the client to one of its 500 agents nationwide.
Next, PMA follows up to check the transaction is progressing and instruct other necessary paperwork, including the valuation and Home Information Pack (HIP). Conveyancing instructions earn a further GBP 100 introducer commission on instruction.
Brokers typically earn GBP 250 commission at property exchange with the client’s solicitor passing the fee to the broker on completion and home sellers receive GBP100 of complimentary high street retail vouchers.
Estate Angels also assures that all agents are contractually barred from cross-selling financial advice to your client.
Nat Daniels, managing director, Estate Angels said: “PMA hands the initiative back to the broker and is a great way for intermediaries to start the year proactively. Brokers can use their database to offer the estate agency service and capitalise on the vast numbers of frustrated home sellers keen to move on this year as market conditions improve.
“If brokers can introduce clients to an estate agent through us, it’s also a great start-point for discussions on their mortgage and insurance needs.”
Daniels concluded: “Why not start the New Year as a one-stop- home buying and selling service? Add another string to your business portfolio, earn commission, keep mortgage deals on track and strengthen client relationships with this new income stream.”
All brokers keen to register for the introducer service, please contact: Meghan Drew on Tel: 020 8663 4938 or meghan@angelsmedia.co.uk
