Manchester BS added to Mortgage Intelligence panel

Mortgage Intelligence and Mortgage Next have added Manchester Building Society to the panel for all Appointed Representatives and directly authorised members.

Manchester BS provides a personalised service offering direct access to its underwriters and a bespoke assessment of individual applications, alongside a competitive residential and buy-to-let product range.

Sally Laker, managing director of Mortgage Intelligence Holdings, said: “In this current market, having the ability to discuss an application directly with an underwriter is a valuable tool for an adviser to have access to.

“Manchester’s manual underwriting provides an adviser with the opportunity to submit an application with a strong business case for applications which don’t fit a restrictive credit scoring system.”
