AToM launches new bridging service for intermediaries
Wednesday 15th February 2012
AToM (All Types of Mortgages) has launched a new service for intermediaries who require assistance in the bridging or short-term lending arena.
‘AToM Premier Bridging’ will provide the opportunity for intermediaries to instruct AToM to deal directly with their customers and guide them through the plethora of loan offerings and processes in the knowledge that AToM will seek out the right deal to match the client’s specific requirements.
Dale Jannels, managing director at AToM, said: “Bridging and short-term lending opportunities are flourishing.
“The requirements of lenders differ dramatically and, unless you are a specialist, it can be difficult to see a case through from application to completion. So much information and criteria management is required, and for many this is a real minefield and can be very confusing.
“In handing cases off, this opportunity will create a potentially lucrative income stream for intermediaries while at the same time leaving them to concentrate on their core business.
“The intermediary will receive a competitive introductory fee when the case has completed and we guarantee a 100% no cross-sell policy for any other products.”
