Bridging Finance can be used where speed is essential. Cheval is able to complete loans literally within days. The classic use of bridging is where borrowers need to complete on the purchase of a new property before they have sold their existing home – being able to bridge (often using both the existing and the new property as security) puts borrowers almost in the position of being a cash purchaser and gives them a vital advantage especially given the shortage of and competition for good quality property.

 

Cheval pays a Procuration Fee of 0.5%. You can add on a Broker Fee if you wish and you have an opportunity to earn additional fees where the bridging loan is being repaid by long term finance.
