We are looking for business minded individuals with experience in the Estate Agency market (as either sales or lettings negotiators or mortgage brokers) to join our newly formed P4P division as Regional Business Development Managers across the Country.
As a P4P BDM your role will be to build up a network of early adaptor lettings or estate agents who are willing to try new product and listen to new ideas, helping them to sharpen their pencils and giving them a competitive edge. The role benefits from the flexibility of being a self-employed position with OTE earning of £30K per annum by the end of year one and uncapped future earnings.
The role is fast moving and the successful candidates will have strong market knowledge, a burning desire for success, a track record in sales, good analytic skills and be creative thinkers.
