Brightstar is launching a sourcing system for intermediaries, which will go live in September.

It has unveiled its website Easysource.co.uk with the opportunity for brokers to pre-register for more information and be kept up-to-date with progress.

The new sourcing system promises "groundbreaking technology" exclusively for intermediaries using Brightstar.

Brightstar intermediaries will be able to search for specialist residential and buy-to-let, second charge loans, bridging loans and commercial finance.

Easysource will allow intermediaries to conduct a single search to instantly identify the most appropriate client solution with indicative products and rates.

Each case can then automatically proceed to a Decision in Principle (DIP).

Intermediaries will be able to download a list of information they need to complete to progress the case.

They will also receive weekly updates on the case status so they can keep their clients informed at every step.

Brightstar is also looking into a reward scheme for intermediaries linked to educational initiatives.

Rob Jupp, managing director of Brightstar, said: "This sourcing system will be a game changer in the UK specialist lending sector.

"As the specialist market continues to expand in line with the changing needs of borrowers, the number of products is increasing almost weekly in every loan type from mortgages to second charges to commercial and bridging.

"It is my opinion that without a platform to display a whole range of client options, advice could be given to the detriment of the client."
