Mortgage distributor 3mc has reported strong growth during the first half of 2015 with significant gains in new broker registrations, mortgage enquiries, applications and completions.

Doug Hall, director of 3mc, said: “3mc has received 521 new broker registrations during the first six months of 2015, compared to 707 for the whole of 2014.

“On the lending front, we’ve received and processed £900 million of enquiries compared to £800m during the same period last year and have been responsible for £156 million of completions compared to £117m during the same period last year.”

Hall said 3mc’s specialist proposition has strong appeal. “We’re committed to remaining the specialist mortgage desk of choice for brokers throughout the UK.

“Brokers can be confident that when it comes to specialist residential, buy-to-let and commercial mortgage deals, 3mc can offer them access to an extensive range of products and unrivalled quality of service.

“All the indications are that the second half of 2015 will continue to be one of strong growth.”
