The specialist broker lender is now offering highly competitive two and five-year fixed residential mortgages at 65% to 90% LTV.

Highlights include:

Fixed Rate until 31.12.17 charging 1.99% to 75% LTV, with early redemption charges (ERCs) throughout the term and no arrangement fee.

Fixed Rate until 31.12.20 charging 2.79% to 75% LTV, ERCs payable throughout and no arrangement fee.

Fixed Rate until 31.12.20 charging 3.79% to 90% LTV, ERCs payable throughout and no arrangement fee.

Darin Landon, distribution director, said: “We’re delighted to reduce rates across our residential range of mortgages, with a variety of LTVs, a range of arrangement fee options and the stability of a fixed rate.

“Also, as always all of our products are booking fee free and our residential products include a valuation up to £670, so this is the ideal time for your clients to secure a great deal.”
