Mortgage brokers have until the end of the year to enter the ESTAS Mortgage Broker Awards for 2015.
National and regional brokers have been urged to enter the scheme to highlight the success of their business.
Next year's awards will be hosted by Phil Spencer of Channel 4’s Location, Location, Location.
The UK residential property sector awards, the ESTAS, successfully launched a mortgage broker category last year.
Winning the award is a powerful marketing tool because broker firms are selected purely on ratings provided by their customers.
Simon Brown founder of The ESTAS Group explains “Our mission is to highlight great service provided by different firms involved in the residential property sector.
“Property transactions are extremely stressful for customers and it’s the job of agents, conveyancers and brokers to help make the journey as smooth as possible.
“We want to reward those firms who are going the extra mile on behalf of clients and provide them with marketing tools to promote their excellent service.”
Last year’s Gold winner of the Best Regional Broker Award was the Mortgage Business based in Brentwood, Essex.
Partner David Oastler said” “Winning an ESTA was an absolute thrill, it’s a true measure of our consistent efforts to provide excellent advice and service to our clients, particularly as the votes come from the very people we are trying to impress.
“It’s a great endorsement of our quality which we’ve used successfully to attract new clients and introducers to our business”
All regional and national broker firms are eligible to enter. Entries close on 31 December 2015.
Shortlisted firms will be publicised in March and the winners will be announced on 15th April when The ESTAS are held at the Grosvenor House Hotel.
Property expert Phil Spencer will present the awards in front of 1,000 of the UK’s top property professionals.
Spencer said: "Taking part in the ESTAS sets you apart from your competitors. It sends a clear message that you’re passionate about customer service, prepared to go that extra mile for your clients and keen to listen to feedback.”
