Barclays is overhauling its fixed-rate mortgage range from today and will introduce a number of rate cuts.

The bank claims it will be offering improved deals on its most popular two and five-year residential fixed rates.

It is also launching a new seven-year fixed rate range for rate switchers.

Two-year fixed rates

1.57% to 60% LTV, £999 fee.

3.13% to 80% LTV, £0 fee.

1.57% to 60% LTV, £999 fee.

1.79% to 70% LTV, £999 fee.

2.39% to 80% LTV, £0 fee.

All three deals have a minimum loan size of £5,000 and a maximum of £1 million.

Three-year large loan tracker

1.65% (BBBR+ 0.50% + 1.15%) to 65% LTV with £1,999 fee. Available for loans between £1 million and £3 million.

Five year fixes

3.13% to 80% LTV, £0 fee.

Buy-to-let

Minimum loan size on all products reduced to £35,000.

Rate Switch Only

2.99% seven-year to 75% LTV, £999 fee.

3.29% seven-year to 75% LTV, £0 fee.

Large loan rate switch

1.99% two-year to 70% LTV, £1,999 fee.

2.85% two-year to 80% LTV, £1,999 fee.

3.59% lifetime offset to 70% LTV, £1,999 fee.

1.67% two-year tracker to 65% LTV, £1,999 fee.

1.79% two-year tracker to 70% LTV, £1,999 fee.
