First Complete has started its series of country-wide roadshows which aim to encourage brokers to develop and share best practice.
Its “kick off” meetings will take place across the UK to help its brokers spot market opportunities and make the most of its proposition and support.
The roadshows will be held in seven locations during January and focus on how brokers can learn from each other to develop their sales skills and ensure they are always giving their clients best advice.
Brokers will also have the opportunity to hear from their local First Complete regional sales director about the success of 2015 within their regions and from Jon Round, group financial services director - LSL Property Services.
Toni Smith, sales operations director at First Complete, said: “The kick off meetings ensure our brokers feel both positive and motivated for the year ahead, while providing them with key strategic information.
“It also gives them the chance to network with others while sharing best practice.
“Attendees will receive various updates and be educated on the changes and movements within the market and of course, the ever-changing regulatory landscape.
“This will ensure our brokers are fully updated and informed in preparation to offer their clients up to date advice on products and services as well as develop their own businesses.”
