NatWest has been voted the best overall lender for 2015 in the Paradigm Mortgage Services awards.
Virgin Money won the award for best residential lender, while the Mortgage Works was voted best buy-to-let lender.
Paradigm’s Lender and Provider Awards are voted for by Paradigm’s directly authorised partner members each month.
Nationwide for Intermediaries was runner-up in the best overall lender category, while Santander came second in best residential lender.
Precise Mortgages was the best specialist lender, with Hodge Lifetime voted best equity release lender.
Paradigm personnel also voted for their strategic lender partners of the year, which was won by Nationwide forecast intermediaries, and strategic provider partner, won by Legal & General.
Paradigm chief executive Bob Hunt said the awards help Paradigm gauge the feelings and concerns of its members.
“The process encourages firms to contact us directly to flag up instances where they have had a great experience with a lender or provider, or likewise where they have not."
