The Furness Building Society has confirmed that its full product range will now be made available to Brilliant Solutions’ direct to lender mortgage club.

The organisation partnered with Brilliant Solutions as it says the panel’s ethos aligns with its own ‘flexible and personal approach’.

Furness’ head of intermediary distribution, Barry Fitzsimmons, says his firm is ‘thrilled’ with the partnership.

Matthew Arena, director of Brilliant Solutions, says: “We are proud to be supporting the lender as it is committed to supporting the intermediary market and thanks to their flexible underwriting approach, they consider complex cases including self-employed, older borrowers, self-build and offer a wide range of buy to let products too.”

“This fits perfectly within our high service level offering for brokers who need more support than ever in these crucial areas.”
