Specialist lender Precise Mortgages has announced the appointment of Dan Watson to its sales team.

Watson will work predominantly in the South East providing support to the firm’s network of intermediaries.

The new recruit has previously worked for Capital Home Loans and Fleet Mortgages. His experience is underpinned by CeMap and DipMAP studies.

“I’m looking forward to supporting intermediary partners in the South East and strengthening Precise’s reputation as a leading specialist lender,” says Watson.

“I’m joining an incredibly dynamic and talented team.”

Precise Mortgages’ head of sales, James Pritchard, adds: “From the intermediary feedback I’ve received, it’s clear that Dan is highly regarded and respected in the mortgage market.”

“His in-depth experience makes him a perfect fit for Precise and allows us to provide even greater support to intermediaries in the South East.”
