It’s been announced that Andrew Moss has been appointed as Product Manager at specialist lender Foundation Home Loans.

Moss, who will be responsible for the management of both the company’s product range and proposition (which now operates in both the buy-to-let and residential sectors), has 20 years experience in the mortgage industry and has previously held senior mortgage roles at Nationwide Building Society, Co-operative Bank and Bradford & Bingley, amongst others.

Foundation Home Loans is a specialist lender, working through intermediaries to aid clients with more complex mortgage needs, such as those with previous blips on their credit profile. As well as its established buy-to-let proposition, it has recently launched its residential lending product range and gone through a rebrand to reflect its repositioning in the market.

“Andrew brings with him a wealth of experience and expertise which will enable us to deliver our goals and growth aspirations in the coming months,” Jeff Knight, Marketing Director at Foundation Home Loans, said. “We are very excited for him to come on board, helping us to develop and deliver the right products to the market.”

Andrew Moss, meanwhile, said of his appointment: “I am thrilled to be joining the team at Foundation Home Loans at such an exciting time. With the company’s strong ambitions for growth I am very much looking forward to helping cement its position as a key provider of mortgage solutions in both the buy-to-let and residential markets.”
