The appointment of Matthew Dobson as Finance Director has been announced by Furness Building Society.
Dobson, who has over 15 years of banking experience, previously occupied senior roles across both Treasury and Finance at Barclays and was most recently Head of Debt Capital at Williams & Glyn Treasury.
“The Board is delighted to welcome Matthew into the team, his proven ability to build, develop and lead teams across a broad range of areas and skills in Treasury and Financial management will be an asset to the Society and we all look forward to working with him to drive the Society forward,” Colin Millar, Chairman of Furness Building Society, commented.
