Tenet, a Leeds-based mortgage adviser support group, has announced a new partnership with specialist lender Vida Homeloans, the latest in a number of new tie-ups the Group has forged in 2017.
Vida, an intermediary-only lender which launched last year and aims to help residential and buy-to-let customers who may not fit the criteria of high-street banks, has also developed a niche for retirement, limited company and SPV lending. What's more, it provides mortgages for flats above commercial premises and considers HMOs of up to eight bedrooms.
“Vida only launched in October last year, but we are very impressed with their innovative, vibrant approach,” Gemma Harle, TenetLime managing director, said.
“As a newcomer, Vida has been able to adopt modern mortgage lending technology from the outset and combine it with a speedy online functionality and fast human decisions on underwriting.”
Louisa Sedgwick, director of mortgage sales for Vida, said of the partnership: “We are incredibly excited to be working with Tenet and believe that our specialist residential and buy-to-let proposition will complement their existing lender relationships.”
