Buy-to-let mortgage specialist, TBMC has launched a new client referral service aimed at authorised brokers to help them handle complex buy-to-let cases.

Brokers who wish to refer a buy-to-let client to TBMC without having to deal with the case themselves can also benefit from the service.

Jane Simpson, managing director at TBMC, said brokers are finding some buy-to-let cases too time-consuming to place.

She explained: “Rather than turning away valuable business, we are providing a new service which enables directly authorised brokers to refer the client directly to TBMC who will handle the transaction from beginning to end.”

TBMC’s client referral service aims to take the hard work out of placing buy-to-let cases, making brokers feel better that their landlord clients will be helped by experts. They will also receive a procuration fee on completion on each case.

Simpson added: “TBMC is always looking for ways to help brokers arrange buy-to-let mortgages, and given the increasing complexity of the market, we think this new service will be popular among those who receive buy-to-let enquiries but would rather have an expert to deal directly with their client and process the case for them from start to finish.”
