Castle Trust has appointed Charissa Chang as business development manager (BDM) for the North.
With over 17 years of experience working at Together and Tenet Group, Chang will support Castle Trust’s growing sales team across the North, spanning from the North West across to Yorkshire.
Marcus Dussard, sales director at Castle Trust, said the increasing demand from landlords for specialist buy-to-let investments, such as houses in multiple occupation (HMOs), multi-unit lets and holiday lets, is nationwide, and Castle Trust is now seeing a growing number of brokers in the North of England.
“Charissa has fantastic knowledge, experience and contacts in the region and I’m very happy to welcome her to the team,” he said.
“We are looking forward to working together to help more brokers access truly flexible solutions to help their clients realise more value from property.”
