The confidential feedback allows The ESTAS to shortlist the best firms regionally and nationally, culminating in a prestigious awards ceremony due to take place on May 10 in London.

The 16th annual ESTAS Awards, sponsored by Zoopla, will see TV property expert Phil Spencer reveal the winners of a number of awards in front of 1,000 property professionals.

Suppliers to the industry can enter the prestigious Supplier of the Year Award which is sponsored by Angels Media, the publisher of Introducer Today.

Simon Brown, founder of The ESTAS Group, comments: “It’s clear that 2019 is going to be a challenging year, so firms need to think very carefully about how they will stand out from the competition.”

“The ESTAS provides the ideal platform to demonstrate commitment to excellent service and at the same time provides valuable feedback from clients.”

“It’s also a great way to motivate and focus staff on service levels in what is going to be a tough market place through the year,” he says.
