TMA Club has bolstered its panel of specialist packagers and master brokers, giving advisers access to a range of second charge mortgages, buy-to-let packagers, commercial mortgages and bridging loans.
New additions to the lending panel include Complete FS, Crystal Specialist Finance, The Loans Engine, Vantage Finance and Watts Commercial; as well as existing partners CSC Loans, Manor Mortgages, Positive Lending, TBMC and TFC Homeloans.
“We are committed to providing our members a varied choice,” Rob McCoy, senior product and business manager at TMA, said. “Throughout 2017 we identified various partners that we felt would enhance our offering in these diverse areas of the market and be able to provide our brokers and their customers with the right products for them.”
TMA plans to develop its specialist lending panel further in 2018, as well as recruiting lenders who are happy to accept business directly from DAs.
Phil Gray, managing director of Watts Commercial, commented: “We are delighted to have joined the TMA Club’s master broker panel. With over 11 years’ experience in the commercial finance sector, we are committed to being a one-stop shop for their clients – no matter what their funding needs may be.”
“We are excited to work with TMA’s members who are experts in their field and by adding commercial finance to their existing offering we can help provide their clients with a complete spectrum of funding solutions.”
Tony Salentino, director at Complete FS, added: “This year we celebrate our 25th year as a specialist packager distributor supporting the intermediary market through some interesting and challenging times.”
“During this time, we have seen TMA build an excellent reputation for developing and evolving its product offering to its members. We are very excited about the opportunity to work closely with them and can’t wait to interact and support their experienced team, members and events.”
He added: “We strongly believe our addition to their panel will further enhance the availability of specialist support and our knowledge, experience and technology platform add some real value to their proposition.”
