TMA strengthens specialist lending panel

TMA Club has bolstered its panel of specialist packagers and master brokers, giving advisers access to a range of second charge mortgages, buy-to-let packagers, commercial mortgages and bridging loans.

New additions to the lending panel include Complete FS, Crystal Specialist Finance, The Loans Engine, Vantage Finance and Watts Commercial; as well as existing partners CSC Loans, Manor Mortgages, Positive Lending, TBMC and TFC Homeloans.

“We are committed to providing our members a varied choice,” Rob McCoy, senior product and business manager at TMA, said. “Throughout 2017 we identified various partners that we felt would enhance our offering in these diverse areas of the market and be able to provide our brokers and their customers with the right products for them.”

TMA plans to develop its specialist lending panel further in 2018, as well as recruiting lenders who are happy to accept business directly from DAs.
