Brilliant Solutions has teamed up with Knowledge Bank as its exclusive criteria search provider.

Members of Brilliant Solutions – which helps brokers to access the best mortgage products across all mortgage categories – will now be able to search almost 100,000 different criteria, from more than 200 lenders across:

  • Residential mortgages
  • Buy-to-let
  • Second charge
  • Equity release
  • Bridging
  • Commercial
  • Self-build

Knowledge Bank streamlines the way intermediaries search for the right mortgage and helps with compliance as all search results are automatically time and date stamped with the broker’s name.

The results can then be saved as ‘evidence of research’ alongside product-sourcing results, supporting an intermediary’s recommendation to their client.

Matthew Arena, managing director at Brilliant Group, says this partnership is the next step in providing loyal brokers access to all the tools they need to find solutions for their clients.

“This will not only help them handle transactions more quickly but should help them convert more enquiries to sales.”

Nicola Firth, chief executive officer of Knowledge Bank, adds: “Our partnership with Brilliant Solutions gives their brokers access to a vital time saving tool, but also helps them to find and recommend mortgage products that actually fit their clients’ needs.”

“Lender criteria is changing on a daily basis and keeping up with these changes has always been difficult. So, we know that the Brilliant Solutions brokers will quickly see the benefit of having a criteria search system that keeps pace with updates in criteria.”
