Customer relationship management tools free for appointed representatives

HLPartnership (HLP) and Mortgage Support Network (MSN) have announced that 360’s suite of marketing modules – normally paid for extras – will now be free to members for the next twelve months.

The announcement follows a successful series of technology and marketing seminars in January and both firms adopting the ‘360 Dotnet’ customer relationship management (CRM) system in 2015.

Modules included in the deal are ‘Campaign Manager’, to help appointed representatives (ARs) market to their existing client bases, and ‘Performance Explorer’, the data analysis and reporting tools suite.

According to HLP and MSN, additional modules are at the heart of a concerted campaign ‘to help revolutionise the interface with their customers and promote a positive and regular dialogue’.

Neil Hoare, commercial director at HLPartnership, said interacting with existing customers in a post-GDPR world is seen by both HLP and MSN as a way for ARs to maintain relationships, identify and meet needs as well as act as a positive means of minimising the chances of customers seeking advice elsewhere.

“One of the key messages from the workshops was the importance of maintaining regular contact with customers,” he added.

“What better way to do that than through the 360 Dotnet CRM system, which has already proven to be one of the most powerful tools in the market.”

Hoare continued: “We are underlining our commitment to our members by providing the service free of charge in order to encourage more to adopt it as their system of choice.”

He said that technology can link human understanding and knowledge of the mortgage and protection sector, which can, in turn, provide customers with closer contact, more information and the ability to meet their needs without having to seek help somewhere else.
