Just Mortgages to offer commercial mortgage advice

Five brokers in Just Mortgages’ self-employed division are set to trade as commercial brokers following a partnership with commercial broker Fiducia.

While Just Mortgages will still identify the client and remain their point of contact, Fiducia will deal with sourcing, processing and paperwork.

All five self-employed brokers have received commercial mortgage training from Fiducia and will be dealing with all commercial cases coming though Just Mortgages’ self-employed division.

If the commercial broker advice service proves popular with customers and brokers alike, Just Mortgages will look to train further self-employed brokers to do commercial lending, as well as recruit those already advising on commercial mortgages.

Carl Parker, head of the Just Mortgages self-employed division, said: "We are keen to train up brokers already working with us but from a recruitment point of view, are confident that, through this partnership, we will attract self-employed commercial brokers already working in this area.”
