Connect for Intermediaries adds Blacks Connect to solicitor referral panel

Connect for Intermediaries has added intermediary conveyancing firm Blacks Connect to its ‘Solicitor Referral Panel’.

Blacks Connect is part of the full-service law firm Blacks, with a focus on the specialist lending market.

The firm aims to use its extensive knowledge of markets and product options to offer expert guidance on a full range of specialist finance solutions.

Some lenders have a limited choice of solicitors that can be instructed for dual representation, with several only allowing Blacks Connect to act for them. However, Blacks Connect can act as a sole conveyancing partner for these lenders by appointing it to the panel.

This will enable brokers to earn a referral fee while clients can avoid doubling up on solicitors’ fees when Blacks is appointed on a dual representation basis.

Key benefits for Connect’s network members are:

  • The opportunity to earn up to £300 in referral fees
  • A proven online case tracking system
  • Instant online quotations with no hidden fees or costs
  • Dedicated case handlers that can be contacted directly, 24/7
  • Guaranteed client contact within four hours of instruction

Liz Syms, chief executive officer of Connect for Intermediaries, says: “Blacks Connect are committed to serving the specialist lending market and are one of the most trusted and qualified solicitors in the market.”

“Bringing their experience and deep understanding of the market to our network members will add extra value to the service we offer our brokers.”

David Gilman, partner and owner of Blacks Connect, adds: “Our two businesses have much in common, both being customer-focused and providing the highest levels of service, advice and professionalism to the specialist lending market.”

“I look forward to a long-lasting and mutually rewarding relationship which will ultimately benefit both the brokers that use Connect for Intermediaries and their clients.”
