Customer relationship management (CRM) and mortgage management platform, Mortgage Magic, has signed an agreement to provide mortgage and protection brokerage Access Financial Services with a new back office system with full front-end integration.

Access, with offices in London and Hemel Hempstead, employs 60 advisers and has growth plans to recruit a further 60-plus advisers over the next year.

The new system will support the company’s growth strategy and provide a fully integrated compliant ‘enquiry to completion’ process accessible from any location by advisers.

It will also form the central hub through which the client base can be proactively managed and protected.

According to Tanjir Sugar, chief executive of Mortgage Magic, mortgage businesses of all sizes are seeing the benefits of a fully integrated CRM and management platform.

The platform will provide a complete cloud-based CRM solution for proactive customer management, offering built in case tracking, electronic ID verification, GDPR compliant document storage and 100% file checking.

Sugar says: “We are delighted to have been chosen to provide the infrastructure for such a large and highly regarded mortgage brokerage as Access.”

“What sets us apart is our ability to constantly evolve thanks to our advanced use of AI technology which allows us to innovate quickly and meet the specific needs of customers like Access. Our platform is therefore just as relevant to small firms and single advisers as it is too large players like Access.”

Karl Wilkinson, chief executive officer of Access Financial Services, adds: “Our future plans depend on having a rock-solid infrastructure to help us manage our client base and to enable our growing number of advisers and support team members to provide new customers with a level of service that not only increases our efficiency, but which is compliant.”

“Mortgage Magic’s package does just that. Whether we work remotely or from the office, our new Mortgage Magic platform will be our central hub for fully compliant case processing and a complete CRM and business management system.”
