One Mortgage System (OMS), the enquiry-to-completion processing platform for brokers, has broadened its support and development teams with two new additions.
The firm welcomes Antonious Fokai as helpdesk support to provide assistance for its users and lending partners, and Jack Bradley to the development team to improve the OMS offering and provide stronger levels of expertise throughout the approvement in principle (API) integration process.
The expansion follows a string of enhancements to the offering, including the development of API integrations with Iress’ Lender Connect Software, Knowledge Bank and iPipeline’s SolutionBuilder® and AlphaTrust software.
OMS was the first system to develop a full two-way decision in principle (DIP) integration with a number of specialist lenders. It offers automated valuation models (AVMs), customisable workflows, drag and drop document facility, and gives its users access to documentation and application forms for a majority of lenders without the need to rekey any additional data.
