Mortgage and protection advisor Loans Arena has launched a brand-new website and expanded its team to align with its revamped brand.

The London-based company, founded in 2012 by experts with over 35 years’ experience in the industry, provides a brokerage service for a range of property buyers, from first-time buyers and those moving up the ladder, to high net-worth individuals and buy-to-let landlords. It also advises on bridging and commercial loans.

Loans Arena now boasts a new brand and website, which offer an enhanced client experience and additional services, such as an online chat function and rapid call-back requests.

The advisor has also bolstered its team throughout 2021. The latest addition is Raphael Lesser who joins the business as Senior Mortgage Advisor to help it meet the increased demand for its brokerage services.

Loans Arena sources options through its PRIMIS Mortgage Network, which gives it access to exclusive rates not found on the high street, including deals from financial institutions, private banks and specialist lenders. It can also advise clients on the most appropriate method of financing a property acquisition depending on their unique circumstances.

Lesser says: “I’m delighted to be joining the business at such an exciting time. Having been in operation for almost a decade, Loans Arena already has a strong standing in the industry, and now also boasts an enhanced brand. The launch of the new website offers a much better reflection of our strengths and services and, more importantly, provides a quality online experience for our clients.”

“The past year has by all accounts been an extremely busy, productive period for Loans Arena. Alongside our revamped digital presence, I look forward to offering my experience to clients to help them find the best possible mortgage or finance product, ensuring they can pursue their property purchasing goals.”
