New customer-facing literature for advisers now available

Pure Retirement has created a new guide for financial advisers to further support My Care Consultant’s Care Box platform.

The literature – titled ‘Paying for care: important things your family should know’ – aims to highlight the importance of financial advice in the care planning process.

Designed for advisers to share with their clients, both existing and prospective, the new guide will signpost access to their services at the earliest opportunity.


It will also enable advisers to strengthen relationships with local professional connections and generate new client referrals.

The informative guide is available to Care Box subscribers through the platform’s ‘Adviser Toolkit’, with the option to request up to 20 hard copies free of charge courtesy of Pure Retirement.

This new development is part of a longstanding cross-industry working relationship between Pure Retirement and My Care Consultant, which has previously helped in the creation of My Care Consultant’s hugely popular 30-page booklet: ‘Your guide to getting the care you need’ and the sponsorship of free Care Box memberships for advisers.

More recently, the collaboration supported the Equity Release Council’s 2021 report, ‘Solving the social care funding crisis: perspectives on the contribution of property wealth’.

Care Box is a subscription-based online resource created by independent care navigator firm, My Care Consultant, designed for financial advisers, paraplanners, technical and compliance professionals operating across the UK.

It provides up-to-date and comprehensive technical and business development content, held all in one place, supporting both non-regulated and regulated care and later life advice.
