Karis Capital is launching as what it calls “a premier real estate debt advisory firm with plans to redefine how developers and investors navigate the complexities of real estate financing.”

The City of London based firm will offer nationwide advice on debt and equity including development funding, short-term lending, investment finance, commercial mortgages, High Net Worth mortgages, asset finance and commercial insurance.

It says it will work as a strategic partner for developers and investors and – in its words – ‘fills a unique role as an external Financial Director for its clients, not only facilitating finance, but also providing a blueprint to guide them through the increasingly complex real estate financing landscape.”

As part of its launch, Karis will offer limited products developed in collaboration with key lenders plus “a complimentary financial strategy reviews for developers and investors.”

The new firm is led by chief executive Nicholas Christofi, who has established reputation in structured finance, and co-founder Demetrios Antoniou, a property investor and entrepreneur with a background in investment banking.

Christofi says: “We are thrilled to bring Karis Capital to the real estate community. Our goal is to redefine the way developers and investors approach financing. We are not just offering solutions; we are building enduring partnerships that fuel success”.
