Property lender Together is holding its third webinar for brokers in its Chalk Live series, offering new educational content along with insights and opportunities into the commercial property market.

It’s on Friday February 2 from 10.30am to 11.30am via Zoom and will cover the demand and need for specialist lending for large transactions, lending and security appetite as well as discuss regulated and unregulated case studies. Advice on how to refer large mortgage transactions for swift decisions will also be given.

Intermediary relationships manager Dan Narwal and head of intermediary sales James Briggs will be on hand to share hints and tips as well as answer questions.

Session host, Michelle Walsh says: “Together is committed to supporting partners with informative and educational content which helps maintain an awareness of the broad range of finance solutions available to High Net Worth customers. To date our webinars have been extremely popular with intermediaries wishing to broaden their knowledge and continue to offer the right finance solutions to customers.”

Brokers looking to join the webinar should email [email protected]. If attendees have specific questions they would like to ask the team regarding bridging and term mortgages for large transactions, they can detail their query in the registration email.

The webinar will also be available on Together’s Chalk platform, with more details here: https://togethermoney.com/intermediaries/chalk
