TSB is making additional reductions to selected residential, product transfer, and additional borrowing mortgage products, from today.

One change is the reduction of rates on two-year fixed first-time buyer and home mover products with 75% to 85% loan-to-value (LTV) by 0.25%. Additionally the two-year fixed remortgage products within the 60% to 85% LTV range will see a rate cut of 0.05%.

For existing customers looking to switch their mortgage, the bank will also be reducing rates on residential 2-year fixed product transfer options between 60% to 85% LTV by 0.05%.

A similar 0.05% rate reduction will apply to TSB’s additional borrowing products in the 60% to 80% LTV bracket.

The full range of reductions are on TSB’s website.
