Propertymark is expanding its helpline team to help members with regional and discipline-specific legislation.

Open Monday to Friday, Propertymark’s member helplines are run by experienced teams who support members with day-to-day questions, helping to resolve queries and manage difficult situations.

Taking over 20,000 calls a year across all topics, this knowledge is then distilled into FAQs and factsheets, which members can access 24/7 as part of their membership.

Jan Hÿtch, Head of Member Services, comments: “The knowledge and experience of our team is growing daily, supported by our legal teams in all the devolved nations, and we will continue to adapt and expand to cater to the continuously changing and often complex requirements of our members’ clients, customers and day to day work.”

If an agent holds multiple memberships or they are a Principal, Partner, or Director subscribed to Company Advantage, they’ll have access to advice across all applicable disciplines within their firm.

Propertymark’s Company Advantage package is designed for business owners and directors who want to strengthen their business offering, spend less time on administration, and reduce their day-to-day time and financial pressures.

Key features include:

  • Professional indemnity insurance with fidelity cover
  • Anti-money laundering checks and compliance support
  • Cybersecurity tools and mobile protection
  • HR, tax, and PR helplines
  • Ready-to-use templates for tenancy agreements and terms of business
  • Discounts on training, services, and lead generation tools
