AI, open banking and the future of mortgage distribution are the three key topics of discussion at Mortage Vision, a series of regional roadshows for brokers organised by Mortgage Brain.

The regional roadshow event, the first of which was hosted at Doubletree by Hilton Elstree yesterday (Tuesday 9 September), will see industry leaders from Coventry for Intermediaries, Simplybiz Mortgages, The Exeter, and Fluent Partners sharing their thoughts on how AI, Open Banking and next-gen tech are transforming the mortgage market.

The focus of the roadshow is on how brokers, lenders and networks can stay ahead, balance digital speed with personal advice, and meet the demands of tomorrow’s clients.

Future of the mortgage market

Delegates attending will get valuable insights from AMI and OSB Group as they explore the current and future state of the mortgage market. OSB will share economic insights and its outlook to 2026, while AMI will provide a timely perspective on regulation, innovation, and the changing buy-to-let landscape.

Brokers attending Mortgage Vision can earn up to 3.75 CPD hours towards CII/PFS scheme, as well as networking with fellow advisers across the 12 venues.

More than 900 mortgage brokers attended Mortgage Vision in 2024.

Neil Wyatt, sales and marketing director at Mortgage Brain, says: “Technology, AI and Open Banking are reshaping how mortgage and protection advice is delivered. Brokers who seize the opportunity that technology offers will benefit from faster, smoother processes and better connections with clients. Mortgage Vision is about helping advisers embrace the technology, rather than fear it.”
