Newcastle for Intermediaries has enhanced its product transfer experience, making it quicker and easier for brokers to review available products, compare options and complete like-for-like mortgage switches online via the lender’s broker portal.

The updated journey introduces a cleaner look and feel, clearer product information and predicted monthly payments, helping brokers assess options more efficiently.

The refresh also includes the addition of clients’ unique reference codes to reminder emails, making it easier for brokers to access the portal and view available products right away.

The changes form the first stage of a wider series of improvements planned for the product transfer process.

at Newcastle Building Society

Francesco Di Pietro, head of intermediary mortgages at Newcastle Building Society, said: “We know brokers want to spend more time helping clients, not navigating systems. These updates are the first step in enhancing our product transfer experience and part of our wider commitment to improving retention through intermediaries. That means brokers can focus on what really matters: supporting clients with confidence and achieving the best outcomes.”
