The Society Sessions to take place over three days in July

A new series of digital sessions will take place across three days in July, bringing together 28 building societies to provide brokers with information about their offers.

The six sessions will enable brokers to hear from representatives across the sector as they showcase their latest propositions, lending criteria, product highlights and the support available to intermediaries.

The sessions will feature presentations from four or five building societies, each of whom will be given ten minutes to explain their proposition, the types of cases they are best placed to support and answer questions from attendees.

Brokers can register for individual sessions or attend multiple events depending on their interests and availability and will earn CPD for taking part.

The digital series follows feedback from brokers who were unable to attend the Building Societies Show earlier this year or didn’t manage to meet all the societies taking part in the event.

Those taking part

A few of the 28 taking part include Bath Building Society, The Cumberland Building Society, Vernon Building Society and West Bromwich Building Society,

Dave Jackson, national account manager at Hinckley & Rugby for Intermediaries, which is coordinating the event series, said: “Following the Building Societies Show earlier this year, I spent time meeting with brokers across the country, and a common theme quickly emerged. Some brokers were unable to attend because of diary commitments or travel, while others who did attend simply didn’t have enough time to speak to every society they wanted to meet.”

“The Society Sessions gives brokers an easy and accessible way to hear directly from a wide range of building societies, understand what each specialises in and the types of client scenarios they can support.”

The Society Sessions will take place on 14, 15 and 16 July via Microsoft Teams. For further information and to register for The Society Sessions 2026, visit: https://mailchi.mp/0050eaed8a91/the-society-sessions
