Company says deals boost market influence

Mortgage Advice Bureau (MAB) has completed the integration of three specialist new build businesses, following their full acquisition last September.

Meridian Mortgages, William Lowden and Evolve Financial Solutions had previously been part-owned by MAB, but have now been brought together into a single operating entity under the Meridian Group.

The company says the integration will improve its influence across the new build market, with existing advisers and colleagues remaining central to the integrated team.

‘An important milestone’

Felicity Barnett, new build and affordable housing partnerships manager at Mortgage Advice Bureau, said: “Bringing these market-leading firms together under one brand is an important milestone in strengthening our new build proposition.

“We’ve brought together the best of each business into one team, with one proposition and one way of working, while importantly retaining all of the talented people and expertise that our partners value.

“We know the industry continues to face challenges, which is why we’re investing in a stronger, more unified business that is well placed to support the housebuilding sector as it continues to evolve.”
