Instamo’s FastAdmin automates rate checks and mortgage checks
Fintech company Instamo, which helps improve connectivity across the mortgage market, has announced the launch of FastAdmin, a product it claims is an intelligent post-submission automation solution and its next step in removing bottlenecks in the mortgage journey.
It follows the success of FastSubmit, which enables advisers and administrators to autofill DIPs and Full Mortgage Applications up to 10x faster and save up to an average of 26 minutes per case.
FastAdmin acts as an intelligent middle layer between lenders and broker CRMs, continuously monitoring lender systems after submission. It automates rate checks, case updates and mortgage offer checks, pushing structured data directly back into the firm’s CRM via the Instamo API, while also providing an optional FastAdmin dashboard for monitoring, configuration and workflow management.
Rate monitoring service
It also continuously checks every live mortgage application against that lender’s latest available products, giving advisers an automated rate monitoring service across every submitted case.
If a new lower rate is identified and the client is eligible, then FastAdmin flags the opportunity with the broker for approval and, once authorised, updates eligible cases in minutes, meaning that advisers and administrators no longer need to manually review every application.
The new product will be available to brokers from September, through the Instamo FastAdmin Dashboard or via CRM API.
Instamo’s founder Freddie Savundra said: “When we started Instamo, our mission was simple: give advisers more time to advise by removing unnecessary administration. FastSubmit has already helped firms complete DIPs and Full Mortgage Applications up to 10x faster, saving an average of 26 minutes per case.
“Mortgage Admin does not end when you press submit – with FastAdmin, our analysis shows an average four-to-six-hour time saving per case. By automating post-submission administration and seamlessly updating firms’ existing CRMs, we’re removing one of the biggest operational burdens in the mortgage process and giving advisers and administrators more time to focus on clients, not case management.”
