Broker registration will allow product updates and early access to
QDEX has opened a waiting list for access to QDEX CRM, a new mortgage CRM platform designed to bring the key tools and workflows used by mortgage professionals together in one place.
The waiting list will allow brokers, mortgage firms and industry partners to sign up for product updates and early access ahead of the platform’s wider launch.
The company says the system, built specifically for the mortgage industry, aims to become the one-screen solution for mortgage brokers, bringing together client and case management, mortgage sourcing, document management, workflow tools and compliance together within one connected platform.
QDEX CRM is built around the company’s QDEX rules engine, which powers QDEX’s mortgage eligibility and affordability capabilities.
A mortgage business built around core rules
QDEX says that it’s this approach, of building the workflows of a mortgage business around its core rule engine rather than building a CRM with add-on sourcing technology, that should help it remove the need for brokers to move between disconnected systems, reduce duplication and enable brokers to spend more useful time with their clients.
It says the platform is designed to support the journey from initial client engagement through fact find, sourcing, recommendation, application, compliance and completion, with the client, case and underlying mortgage data connected throughout.
It brings together customisable dashboards, client and case management, mortgage sourcing, document processing, rate-review capabilities and configurable compliance workflows.
Kem Kemal, CEO of QDEX, said: “When we started building QDEX CRM, our ambition was to create the one-screen solution for the mortgage industry.
“The QDEX rules engine is at the heart of the platform. Rather than building another CRM and bolting sourcing onto it, we’ve built the workflows brokers use every day around that core technology.
“For us, the future of mortgage technology isn’t about adding more systems. It’s about bringing the technology and workflows brokers already need together in one place.”
