Rates are up to 10bps lower than previously, starting at 4.14%

ModaMortgages has announced the launch of a new limited-edition range of two- and five- year fixed-rate products, with rates up to 10bps below what was previously available.

The new range includes two-year fixed rates from 4.14% and five-year fixed rates from 5.04%. It also includes products suitable for single-dwelling properties and HMOs and MUFBs with up to six bedrooms or units.

The whole range is available without application or valuation fees, meaning investors can secure a product without paying anything upfront, the company says. For those who do want to pay a fee, there are a variety of fee structures available. Both individual and limited company landlords are eligible for the products.

Strengthening the proposition

Becki Fraser-Tucker, head of sales at ModaMortgages, said: “We’re always looking for opportunities to strengthen our proposition, so we’re delighted our new limited edition range features rates up to 10bps lower than previously.”

“With rates now starting from 4.14%, alongside no application or valuation fees and support for a wide range of property types, this range offers even more reasons for brokers to take a closer look at ModaMortgages.”
