I started my Estate Agency career in 1985 with Lesters in Chelmsford and, joined Abbotts in 1987, working in both Basildon and Southend before leaving to work briefly at Douglas Allen Spiro in Chelmsford. I then rejoined Abbotts and worked my way up to become Regional Manager of the North Essex region.

Then in October 2002, my first Balgores office was opened in Hornchurch. I have since opened further branches in Basildon, Brentwood, Romford, Chelmsford, Upminster and most recently South Woodham Ferrers.

The group focuses on sales lettings and mortgages.
