About Me
Sue leads a dynamic programme of research at Bidwells across the residential and commercial markets, collaborating with a network of academics as well as industry, and other specialists. Her work focuses particularly on the real estate implications of the science and technology sectors across the Oxford – Cambridge Arc.

Sue previously headed UK Research at JLL and Cluttons, and held positions with St Quintin, the Department of the Environment and the Center for Urban Policy Research in the US. She was a Trustee of the RICS Research Trust until 2019.
Sue has an MSc in Property Investment and Finance from Cass Business School, as well as a MSc in Urban Planning and Policy Development from Rutgers University in the USA and a BSc in Rural Environment Studies from Wye College, Imperial College.
