The FSA has cancelled a mortgage adviser’s trading licence after he failed to pay £1,137.17 in fees and levies.

The FSA said that Julian Paul Cheetham, of Derbyshire, trading as one-mortgage.net, had been repeatedly asked to pay.

He was banned under Section 45 of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000.

The FSA said it found he was “not conducting his business soundly and prudently and in compliance with proper standards and that he is not a fit and proper person, and that he is therefore failing to satisfy the Threshold Conditions in relation to the regulated activities for which he has had Part IV permission”.
