Pink, Dudley Building Society and Vizolution have been proudly displaying a trio of new signings to the mortgage industry.

Jane Benjamin is joining Pink as the regional sales director for Pink’s East Midlands region after spending 13 years at Alliance & Leicester and Santander for Intermediaries, where she looked after the relationship between The LSL Group and Santander. While in the role she also won ‘Best National Account Manager for Pink Network’ at the national Pink awards.

Mark Graves, director of Pink network, said: “Jane is already well known and well liked by many of the Pink ARs and her appointment is yet more evidence of the investment we are putting into the development and training of the advisers, both in our network and those who are part of the Pink Club for DAs.”

Dudley Building Society, the intermediary-focused mutual lender, has appointed Steve Sandiford as head of lending.

Sandiford, who previously worked for Birmingham Midshires and HBOS, is joining from One Savings Bank, where he was responsible for delivering buy-to-let and residential products.

Dudley BS chief executive Jeremy Wood said: “Steve's track record in developing and bringing to market the kind of products that meet the needs of customers and their advisers is second to none. I am delighted to have him on the team.”

Richard Hurst has joined Vizolution as its marketing director to help grow the company and expand into new markets.

Richard, who has been in the mortgage industry for almost 20 years, will help Vizolution expand into new markets including pharmaceuticals, telephone companies and utilities both in the UK and abroad.

Bill Safran, chief executive of Vizolution, said “I worked with Richard for over 10 years at Trigold and so I’m delighted that he has agreed to join us at Vizolution. He is a hugely effective, strategic marketer who will make a very real difference to the company.
